Just wanted to quickly chime in and say that I'm glad mental health (ailments) are becoming more of a bigger topic lately. Makes me, and others, feel like less of a weirdo ha. So in that sense, many more people (my age, as you mentioned) have gained heightened self-awareness about what they're mentally going through, which is the first step in "recovery." Hard part is sticking with meditation, exercise, therapy (too bad it's so expensive) and meds if need be.
And yes, also agree that anxiety sadly becomes a habit over time, but I'd like to believe that like all habits, anxiety can be "unwinded" over time, kind of like untangling a giant knot in a necklace.
Thank you so much for the birthday wishes! It's on December 20th. I hate having a Christmas birthday actually haha. But I'm looking forward to my 30's since I've heard it gets much easier (hopefully)!
